From an old friend - Andy Boutollier - at "Worst Investors"... Um, "First Embezzelors", ahhh, nevermind!

Ingredients
Quantity	Ingredient
1 can	(Hormell) chili (I prefer no beans... whatever!)
1 large pkg	cream cheese
1 bag	shredded sharp chedder cheese
Some	Yummy, crunchy, big ol' honkin' nacho corn chips

INSTRUCTIONS

In a glass baking dish (deepish 9x9), spread cream cheese on bottom, then spread in chili, then top with shredded sharp chedder.
Bake at 350 until chedder is completely melted.

Dig in with nachos. Serve hot to warm. Careful not to burn your mouth! After a few beers poeple will eat this rock hard cold too! :)

You can double recipie and use a long baking dish too!
