INSTRUCTIONS
Ground hard Italian bread in the blender to crush it up fine. If you're using regular bread crumbs (ok, but not recommended), skip this!
Squeeze lemons and add to oil dip chicken first in oil mixture and then in bread crumbs to coat.
Put in pan and bake about 45 min baste with more oil and lemon and bake until brown and chicken is still moist.
Mommy uses chicken parts, which is my favorite and the kids like.... However, Marybeth makes an excellent version of this with chicken breasts instead of parts that the kids love!!!
