This Recipe Makes: 4 artichokes

4 artichokes,fresh parsley, fresh garlic, grated cheese, olive oil: cut the sharp tips of the artichoke off with a sharp knife, turn them upside down and press down on them so that the leaves open up in each choke put garlic parsley and salt put them in a pot that will hold them upright pour some olive oil over them and grated cheese . Add waterto the pot about half way, cover and simmer slowly till a leaf pulls away easily.(about 45 ) 4 artichokes should be enough.
NOTE FROM DAVE: Everyone except Mommy knows that 4 artichokes is NOT enough!!! :)
