Gail's Chicken Scallopini

This Recipe Makes: 4 servings.
Note: This is my fav Gail recipe! TRY THIS!!!! Dave
|1 tsp||garlic salt/powder|
|1 lb+||chicken breasts|
|2||chicken flavored buillon cubes|
|1 tsp||lemon juice|
- In a mixing bowl mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper
- Cut up chicken breasts, coat with flour mixture and brown in melted butter in a
skillet for about 5 minutes
- Scrape the bottom of the skillet and add to that buillon cubes, water, lemon juice and
some flour mixture to thicken
- Add chicken and finish cooking.
This gravy is awesome! Don't over cook!
